How the HKIX Remote Peering Works with DCConnect<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

HKIX Remote Peering facilitates the exchange of international traffic with a diverse range of members within the HKIX network, including content providers, cloud service providers, and various other networks. By utilizing DCConnect Remote Peering, establishing a peering connection is simplified. The process begins when the customer submits a request form detailing their peering needs, such as port size, VLAN range, and BGP policies. DCConnect reviews the request and then notifies HKIX to initiate service provisioning. HKIX sets up the necessary configurations, including port allocation, VLAN ranges, and BGP policies.
