Oversee NOC department daily operation, ensure NOC team is comply to NOC SOP.
Responsible for ensuring that incidents are handled effectively and efficiently, from initial
identification and triage to resolution and post-incident analysis.
Handle network surveillance & L2-L3 troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network.
Perform in-depth, technical presentations and proposals for upcoming and ongoing project delivery.
Technical support for projects – project preparation, pre-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team.
Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provides consultative support in your area of specialization to other Systems Engineers.
Supporting global network, including regular site visit to Indonesia NOC
